Cabin Fever is rampant, but there's hope. When you feel stuck inside, take charge. Find a way to get outside and connect with the sounds and sights of Nature. Become part of it. You can also close your eyes and take a deep breath. Even if you're not a meditator, you can silence your mind by going within and listening to your breathing or your heart beating. Bringing awareness to your heart sometimes opens the doors for messages from your guides or angels.
