What are you Worth?

“You were never meant to strive for worth. You were meant to remember it.”

Type A personalities tend to look for proof that they’re worthy—evidence, achievements, concrete data to lean on. But as I’ve gotten older, that need has softened. Everyone is walking their own path, and that path is not about chasing or proving our worth.

We were never meant to earn self‑worth in the first place. With time and a bit of wisdom, we realize it is something we have always had—something we learn to remember.

What a powerful word remember becomes when we hyphenate it. When we re-member, we return, we re-join our true self—a fuller aspect that often remains hidden.

This re-membrance is a homecoming, a return to our true nature. We breathe deeply when we no longer need to exhaust ourselves by proving we are enough.

And when our need to prove ends…peace begins. It is the peace of simply being, of acknowledging our true nature, of knowing our worth is not on trial. We learn to live today from divine remembrance, not our performance.

Live today with your heart full of peace. Remember, peace isn’t earned. It is returned to.
