The Robin, the Egg, and the Message: At a recent meditation, as usual, I arrived 30 minutes early so I could sit in silence and receive messages that usually don’t make sense until after the meditation. Without judging, I document what I receive

.
In this silence, I heard divine timing and how an egg ripens before new life emerges. As images of feathers, bird wings, and eggs came to mind, I remembered last night’s dream where I saw a giant matrix on the ground; each cell of the matrix held a tiny bird egg.

All of this was related; I was sure of that. But I didn’t know how.

Once the meditation ended and we began discussing experiences, I started connecting the dots. There was a newcomer in attendance who became teary-eyed as she described thinking she might have connected with a friend who had passed….but she wasn’t sure.

Then someone called her by name—ROBIN…and that became an aha moment for me: my images from my dream and before the meditation began—the egg, bird wings, and feathers—they were all validations that Robin’s message was real—a gentle tap from Spirit to validate her experience of recognizing her friend’s presence.

I also received messages of birth and rebirth—of life resting in quiet stillness, appearing dormant to the world. The messengers said that the loved ones we believe we have lost through death are never truly gone. Through an open heart, we can connect with them and recognize their continued presence in our lives.

Messages are always around us. Our loved ones try to connect, but sometimes it takes someone else—a stranger—to help us recognize those signs.

As I was outlining this message for this episode, Ken, who attended last night's meditation, sent me a sweet video of a baby ROBIN. That was rescued by a gibbon, a small ape named Eve, at a local zoo. Eve—the symbol of new beginnings, holding a Robin. You can’t make this up.

These moments are gentle nudges from the Universe, reminding us to trust the information we receive from Spirit. When we open our hearts to the wisdom and connections around us, the experience can be life-altering.

Perhaps that is an invitation for all of us: to pause, to listen, and to trust the quiet ways Spirit speaks. Sometimes the signs arrive as dreams, symbols, feathers, or unexpected confirmations like in a person’s name or a random text message.

These are tender reminders that love never ends—it simply finds new ways to be seen, felt, and remembered.
