In a world driven by constant striving, this reflection offers a different perspective: peace doesn’t come from searching harder—it emerges when we stop feeding the sense of lack. By quieting the mind and choosing gratitude, compassion, and awareness, we create the conditions for peace to naturally expand. This 3-minute video is a reminder that meaningful shifts happen not through force, but through nourishment.
When peace feels elusive, we search for it, moment by moment. Our hunt intensifies as we try even harder to reach what is just outside our grasp. Something surprising blocks our path: it is the quest itself. My messengers tell me the pursuit of searching prevents us from receiving precisely what we seek. When we fuel our desire to catch something, we feed the lack of that wish as we agonize over we do not have. Remember: what we feed will grow, so feeding the search only fuels more searching…not receiving. Our search drives away that which we desire. The peace is already here; it is within. It is often so covered by layers of thoughts, obsessions, and to-do lists, that the truth remains hidden. But to find this truth, we need not seek. It finds us when we quiet our minds and allow this beautiful inner light to shine. When we feed the energies of gratitude, stillness, and compassion…Peace grows. Embracing these positive states of mind, allows the peace within to expand. Start small by feeding one peaceful thought each today. Instead of searching for something, allow peace to shine forth into your awareness. Just for today, turn down the noise. Turn up your awareness. Life shifts not by force, not by searching, but by nourishment, by feeding our souls with kindness, love, humor, and compassion. Choose wisely what you are feeding.

March 16, 2018: Morning Meditation at Goddess I Am, Naples, FL, Star Seeds My vision in my mind's eye began a couple of hours before the meditation. I realized this was a "heads up" of what was to come. When I arrived at Goddess I Am, I took a seat and the vision continued before the meditation began. I saw divine sparks falling from the cosmos. These were tiny stars or seeds of light that fell into the waters of Earth. Some were crystal clear, others were pink. As they splashed into the oceans of Mother Earth, they created ripples across Gaia's surface. As each divine spark landed in the waters of emotion, more splashes were created. I then saw a slow-motion video of a rock or stone being dropped in a still body of water. As the stone plummeted beneath the water's surface, drops from the surface were hurled into the air. As the tossed droplets reversed direction and rained on the waters of Earth, the cycle repeated. It was a beautiful sight to ...
An Interview with Candice Sanderson by Allyn Evans Like many who attend programs at The Monroe Institute (TMI), Candice “Candie” Sanderson, author of The Reluctant Messenger: Tales from Beyond Belief, discovered it is personal experience that transforms us. After that, we are no longer defined by other people’s stories. In the comfortable dining room of her beachfront home in Naples, Florida, Candie and I sat down to discuss her journey as a new author. Her book, which became an Amazon best seller in its first week of publication, details messages that she began to receive after attending TMI’s Lifeline program. Lifeline, a weeklong residential program, gives participants the skills and experience to be of service to those still in physical form, as well as others who have transitioned to the nonphysical and who desire assistance. Candie spoke of her experience at Lifeline : I could not beli...
Goddess I Am: 09-07-2018 I arrived early for the meditation. I slipped into the quiet room where the meditation was to begin. As I took a few deep breaths, messages began to flow. It is all about the ying and yang, the checks and balances, that fine line between trust and fear. Learn to walk your path with the eyes of the heart, for your heart will never lead you astray. Trust that each step on that path takes you in the direction of the divine, even though your physical eyes may not comprehend. Trust your heart. In my mind’s eye, I saw energy coming up from deep within the core of the Earth. It rose to a focal point in the center of the room. I watched at it broke through the floor, becoming a beautiful fountain of red water, bubbling forth with power and strength. It looked like a beautiful red rose but made of water. This fountain began to get larger, and as it did so, the water began to splash about the entire room. The water was red, representing the co...
