The room was different: Beth had recently renovated, and the area was almost double its original size. As soon as I took a seat, I saw pale blue wisps of energy, floating from above like feathers. I took a deep breath and realized I already felt lighter. I understood that this gentle, loving energy that permeated the air was in preparation for the meditation. It was preparing us, but for what? Using a piece of selenite shaped like a knife, Beth "cut" energy threads from the fronts, backs, and tops of each mediation participant. As soon as she finished, she sat down and began the meditation. Cord cuttings are powerful, and I always feel an unburdening when I have them. This time, as I closed my eyes, a brilliant flash of light came from the palms of my hands. It resembled beams from a strong flashlight. February 22, 2019 Bookmarking Magic: Goddess I Am The meditation started a little late. It seemed that everyone who attended had something to complain about, including me. We fussed about how hot and humid it was, even though it was only February. We grumbled about the traffic. Our roads are so busy during the winter when our population explodes with the many northern snow birds who come to roost in our lovely subtropical town. Their erratic driving patterns wreak havoc on our once-sleepy little town.  These grievances seemed to be the backdrop for the message I received, and I quickly transitioned from active complaining to dropping into a state of stillness that allowed me to hear words of wisdom.  Step into the silence of your Higher Self. The Angel of Peace: December 2018.    I drove to the Church of Spiritual Light to attend their twice-monthly Crystal Bowl/Reiki service . After miles of slow and sometimes bumper-to-bumper traffic, I arrived at this interfaith, all faith church that had become my home away from home. I nestled into a lounge chair that I made more comfortable with a pillow and blankets from home. As is often the case, visions and messages began prior to the meditation. I opened my journal to document the production playing within my mind’s eye. Delicate sheets of pink threads drifted from above. Except for the color of the filaments, it looked like spun silk from an enormous floating spider’s web. The church’s dimmed lighting pierced the pastel gossamer strands, casting mesmerizing dancing shapes of light on the wall as endless layers sank into the room. Goddess I Am Meditation: 11-30-18 Spinning Top I entered the meditation room before anyone else, and immediately the messages began to flow. I felt damp, and I realized a fine haze permeated the room. As I looked up, I discovered the source: holy water drifted down like a gentle mist from the ethers above. Words began to flow into my awareness: Time is approaching when many upon the Earth plane will celebrate the masters of their religions. Hearts are softened, creating openings for love to pour in and pour forth.  Bring together the sacred energies of the holy ones that you celebrate this time of year. Their energies consist of vibrations that are subtle and sublime, like that fine mist that covers this room.   As you allow the holy ones into your energy field, you become lighter—a bit of enlightenment begins to seep into your divine nature. Goddess I Am, Pyramid Power: 11-09-2018 I walked into the meditation room at Goddess I Am. Beth had a copper pyramid that was in the center of the room. The energy vibrations from it brought a sense of excitement to the room. I could feel energy emanating from it as waves swished from above it as well as below. I began to feel energy moving from the pyramid’s base. It was as if a sheet of ice began to cover the floor.  I was sitting in one of the chairs that surrounded the pyramid. As I touched it with my bare feet, I felt tingling in my feet as the energy moved up through my body. It shot out through the top of my head, and then I heard the word “connection.” I had an understanding that this energy connected to the crystalline grid that covers Earth. Church of Spiritual Light: 11-05-18 A Different Type of PodCast I entered the room for the mediation and discovered things had been rearranged. The crystal bowls were now located in the very center of the room with the lounge chairs encircling them. I settled quickly and quietly into my chair. It seemed like it was just seconds later that the images began to form in my mind. Each lounge chair became a seed pod; it looked like a milkweed pod. There was an opening in the top of the pod, just a perfect amount of space for each person to settle into this cocoon-type pod. It was soft inside and I felt an almost-overwhelming sense of love, security, and protection while also feeling nourished.  I had a realization as I heard the words “unity” and “wholeness” echo in my mind: this new circular arrangement of the room added to a sense of harmony and accord. Church of Spiritual Light: 09-04-2017 I came across a notebook this weekend. As I thumbed through the pages, I realized I had documented some meditative experiences that I had not yet transcribed. This is one from September of 2017.  I had the following experience while at Crystal Bowl/Reiki Meditation at the Church of Spiritual Light in Fort Myers. I saw a shaman standing on top of a step pyramid in Mexico. In his right hand, he held a lightning bolt. He was summoning powerful energies from throughout the universe.  As this occurred, I saw a gentle rain fall on each person who was there for the meditation. As the Reiki Masters went to each person to administer healing, I felt as if a smooth, cold rock had been placed on the center of my forehead. I had the impression that it was rock from a riverbed, a rock that had been smoothed by racing waters for hundreds of years.  Several more minutes into the meditation, I felt this rock move up to the top of m...

Church of Spiritual Light: 10-01-18 Moments before the meditation began, I had a vision of a giant turtle, and I heard, “Turtle Island.”   Rebalance. This is balancing the very foundation of your soul. Just as a turtle crawls upon the Earth, dragging its massive belly, there is a constant tug and connection to the grounding energies of Mother Earth.  The turtle is sure of its path. Its movement may be slow, but it is sure of the path. Its movement is purposeful, directed, and full of intent.  I saw and felt a streak of light come from above and enter the top of my head. I felt as this massive energy pierced my body and reached my feet. I felt my body begin to melt, and soon within this vision, I had transformed into a what appeared to be a sheet of ice. Goddess I Am: 09-07-2018 I arrived early for the meditation. I slipped into the quiet room where the meditation was to begin. As I took a few deep breaths, messages began to flow.  It is all about the ying and yang, the checks and balances, that fine line between trust and fear. Learn to walk your path with the eyes of the heart, for your heart will never lead you astray. Trust that each step on that path takes you in the direction of the divine, even though your physical eyes may not comprehend.  Trust your heart. In my mind’s eye, I saw energy coming up from deep within the core of the Earth. It rose to a focal point in the center of the room. I watched at it broke through the floor, becoming a beautiful fountain of red water, bubbling forth with power and strength. It looked like a beautiful red rose but made of water. Church of Spiritual Light Crystal Bowl, Reiki Meditation: August 6, 2018 After arriving at the Church of Spiritual Light for their twice monthly crystal bowl/Reiki meditation, I went to use the restroom before it began. As I was washing my hands, I had a vision of a gigantic yellow sun. Against this large yellow ball in the sky, I saw a tiny silhouette of black bird, soaring. Although the bird was miniscule compared to the size of the sun, I knew it was a black crow. I rushed back to my the meditation circle so I could begin to document the experience that I knew was a precursor to the upcoming event. My perspective changed and soon the crow was huge, in fact, larger than a person. While standing just in front of this bright yellow sun, it began to flap its wings. As he beat his wings, it fanned the hot sun, like fanning a fire. I noticed the yellow sun began to take on a reddish color; it looked like hot coals. I received a message about the blood color ...
