The Angel of Peace: December 2018.    I drove to the Church of Spiritual Light to attend their twice-monthly Crystal Bowl/Reiki service . After miles of slow and sometimes bumper-to-bumper traffic, I arrived at this interfaith, all faith church that had become my home away from home. I nestled into a lounge chair that I made more comfortable with a pillow and blankets from home. As is often the case, visions and messages began prior to the meditation. I opened my journal to document the production playing within my mind’s eye. Delicate sheets of pink threads drifted from above. Except for the color of the filaments, it looked like spun silk from an enormous floating spider’s web. The church’s dimmed lighting pierced the pastel gossamer strands, casting mesmerizing dancing shapes of light on the wall as endless layers sank into the room. Church of Spiritual Light: 11-05-18 A Different Type of PodCast I entered the room for the mediation and discovered things had been rearranged. The crystal bowls were now located in the very center of the room with the lounge chairs encircling them. I settled quickly and quietly into my chair. It seemed like it was just seconds later that the images began to form in my mind. Each lounge chair became a seed pod; it looked like a milkweed pod. There was an opening in the top of the pod, just a perfect amount of space for each person to settle into this cocoon-type pod. It was soft inside and I felt an almost-overwhelming sense of love, security, and protection while also feeling nourished.  I had a realization as I heard the words “unity” and “wholeness” echo in my mind: this new circular arrangement of the room added to a sense of harmony and accord. Church of Spiritual Light: 09-04-2017 I came across a notebook this weekend. As I thumbed through the pages, I realized I had documented some meditative experiences that I had not yet transcribed. This is one from September of 2017.  I had the following experience while at Crystal Bowl/Reiki Meditation at the Church of Spiritual Light in Fort Myers. I saw a shaman standing on top of a step pyramid in Mexico. In his right hand, he held a lightning bolt. He was summoning powerful energies from throughout the universe.  As this occurred, I saw a gentle rain fall on each person who was there for the meditation. As the Reiki Masters went to each person to administer healing, I felt as if a smooth, cold rock had been placed on the center of my forehead. Church of Spiritual Light Crystal Bowl, Reiki Meditation: August 6, 2018 After arriving at the Church of Spiritual Light for their twice monthly crystal bowl/Reiki meditation, I went to use the restroom before it began. As I was washing my hands, I had a vision of a gigantic yellow sun. Against this large yellow ball in the sky, I saw a tiny silhouette of black bird, soaring. Although the bird was miniscule compared to the size of the sun, I knew it was a black crow. I rushed back to my the meditation circle so I could begin to document the experience that I knew was a precursor to the upcoming event. My perspective changed and soon the crow was huge, in fact, larger than a person. While standing just in front of this bright yellow sun, it began to flap its wings. As he beat his wings, it fanned the hot sun, like fanning a fire. I noticed the yellow sun began to take on a reddish color; it looked like hot coals. I received a message about the blood color ...

Church of Spiritual Light: 07-16-18 I arrived earlier than usual to the meeting and spent a few minutes chatting with Rev. Bledsoe before the crystal bowl/Reiki meditation began. Maribel was sitting in front of the CD player, trying to set up the background music that would lead us into the crystal bowl and Reiki meditation. After a few minutes, I settled into my space, ready to relax, but the messengers had different ideas. Within a few seconds, the following arrived, apparently in response to the lack of background music. Dance to the music within, for within, my Love, is where the soul of the music resides. This messenger must have known that the CD player would not cooperate with us. For the first time since I’d been attending these marvelous meditations, there would be no external background music prior to the crystal bowls. Church of Spiritual Light Reiki/Crystal Bowl Meditation: 05-14-18 As I settled into my space, getting ready for the meditation, I felt a softness that covered the room like a goose down blanket. As I saw this, in my mind’s eye, drift down over the room, it changed the energy, softening the edges of concern and anxiety that had brought some of the participants to this meditation. I had no idea which people had these feelings—I only knew that some did. Spontaneously, I took a deep breath. As I did so, I felt myself drifting into a serene, peaceful space. I knew this was the Interface between Earth plan reality and another dimension. I’ve been here before. This other dimension is simply another real just beyond the breath. As I entered this space, I had a vision of a pink material. It looked like a thin sheet of foam, and I watched in amazement as it settled over the goose down blanket that covered the room. Church of Spiritual Light Crystal Bowl/Reiki Meditation 07-02-18 Just before the meditation began, a summer storm broke the silence of the room with its loud thunder. In my mind, I heard the words “Power houses” as a messenger came forth: Open to the power from within. Open to your own power. Reach deep into the Earth for grounding, then take a deep breath and step into the power that is you. I saw the spirit of White Buffalo Calf Woman as she entered the meditation. The storm outside had escalated. I could hear the wind and the rain as it pelted the roof and the window panes. Lightning lit up the darkened room as if someone had turned on the lights. Thunder clapped above us and rolled in the distance. The Thunder Beings have arrived.   As clearly as I could see with my physical eyes, I saw a herd of hundreds of buffalo stampeding, creating this thunder that rattled the windows of the Church of Spiritual ...

Church of Spiritual Light Reiki/Crystal Bowl Meditation: 06-18-18 As I walked through the room to retrieve a blanket for the meditation, I overheard parts of a conversation where someone mentioned the word “wand.” A few hours before, my six-year-old granddaughter had been visiting me. She was wearing a Hermione costume from Harry Potter. She carried a wooden wand that her father had bought. (It was an ink pen, fashioned like Harry Potter’s wand.) As Lorelai rode up the elevator with me to my apartment in the condominium where I live, she was casting spells to levitate whatever she could see. I smiled as I watched her. Hearing the word “wand” must have served as an invitation, because I immediately began receiving information from a messenger: The wand is an extension of you. It allows for direct manifestation through the channeling of vital energies. Be still. Go deep within. Find that small spark that begins to grow like a hot ember that comes to life when fanned.
