Sunshine      In October 2013, I received messages from various star systems. They referenced the sun and how it was going through a transition. They said that they had given our sun a different set of energies to help with the healing process for Mother Earth. Below are some of the messages I received:   Photo by Linda Becker We have given these energies directly to our sister star, what you refer to as your sun. Your sun’s rays have changed. There are seven new levels of energy that have not been present in the past. These new rays are needed in Mother Earth’s transition. These rays will jump-start her into a new phase of being. This new phase is one of purity, clarity, hope, and health. As she moves through her transition, she brings the human race along with her.   The seven subsets within each ray act as a bridge to connect each frequency to the next. Church of Spiritual Light: 07-16-18 I arrived earlier than usual to the meeting and spent a few minutes chatting with Rev. Bledsoe before the crystal bowl/Reiki meditation began. Maribel was sitting in front of the CD player, trying to set up the background music that would lead us into the crystal bowl and Reiki meditation. After a few minutes, I settled into my space, ready to relax, but the messengers had different ideas. Within a few seconds, the following arrived, apparently in response to the lack of background music. Dance to the music within, for within, my Love, is where the soul of the music resides. This messenger must have known that the CD player would not cooperate with us. Goddess I Am: 07-06-18 I was early, so I slipped back into the room to quiet myself in preparation for Beth’s guided meditation to begin. Within a couple of minutes, I had a vision of a portal opening at the top of the room. I watched as my body morphed into a wisp of smoke and moved through the portal into the ethers. Within moments, I had reached an area I had previously visited: The Realms of Light. This is a space, if you can call it that, where Ascended Masters reside. The goddess Quan Yin comes forth and speaks of a divine birthing that is taking place on our blue-green planet. Just as physical birth requires labor and pain, so does this birth, but the end result will be worth the effort. Many upon the Earth plane are confused and in a state of chaos. Church of Spiritual Light Reiki/Crystal Bowl Meditation: 06-18-18 As I walked through the room to retrieve a blanket for the meditation, I overheard parts of a conversation where someone mentioned the word “wand.” A few hours before, my six-year-old granddaughter had been visiting me. She was wearing a Hermione costume from Harry Potter. She carried a wooden wand that her father had bought. (It was an ink pen, fashioned like Harry Potter’s wand.) As Lorelai rode up the elevator with me to my apartment in the condominium where I live, she was casting spells to levitate whatever she could see. I smiled as I watched her. Hearing the word “wand” must have served as an invitation, because I immediately began receiving information from a messenger: The wand is an extension of you. Waiting Room Message: 06-13-18 While in the waiting room of my dermatologist’s office for a procedure, I received the following message: It is all in divine order. Ask and it is given. Go with the flow. Accept perfection in your body, your spirit, your soul, your family, your work, your play, all your circumstances. The true you is immortal. You only inhabit this body temporarily. Look for the bigger picture. Accept the broader view. Although your physical eyes do not have the ability to perceive beyond their limited capabilities, know there is a larger plan—a blueprint that encompasses so much more than what surrounds you in this physical life time. Trust in the greater plan, the divine order. Look for the good. Search for freedom—freedom from negativity, freedom from worry, freedom from pain. Search for experiences that make your heart sing. Church of Spiritual Light: 06-04-18 Crystal Bowl/Reiki Meditation, Swan Egg I attended a crystal bowl, Reiki healing meditation on June 4, 2018 at the Church of Spiritual Light in Fort Myers. As soon as I settled into the recliner, before the meditation began, I began to experience churning in my stomach and I knew this was energy being released. I had a download of information, stating this energy release was necessary to create a new birth, a new life. I saw an oversized egg. My first thought was that it was an ostrich egg, but then I heard that it was a swan’s egg. It was ripe, ready to hatch into a new life. (Because I had just retired three days before, I knew this also represented me and the new life, the new path that I was embarking on.) Messages from Beyond: How it all Began This is the introduction to my first messages from other-worldly sources. It is an excerpt from The Reluctant Messenger which is scheduled for publishing on July 4th.  "Planning for an average but busy day occupied my mind as I gathered my belongings and headed toward the car one morning. The summer break had ended just a few weeks before, and school was back in full swing. As I exited the garage, I began to mentally prioritize tasks leading up to the back-to-back meetings for the day. Almost on autopilot, I began my fifteen-minute commute. It was dark; the sun would not rise for another forty-five minutes or so. The traffic was usually light this early in the morning, and today was no exception. I had driven about halfway when words that did not seem to come from any conscious thought began to flow through my mind. My purse was in the passenger’s seat. Opening Blessing for Holistic Fair at Church of Spiritual Light: 05-05-2018 Prior to the opening of the monthly Holistic Fair at Chur ch of   Spiritual   Light, the   practitioners   gathered together   as Reverend Bledsoe led a brief prayer and blessing for the event. As this small group of people held hands, with eyes closed, I felt energy moving from deep inside Mother Earth. It moved from   the bottoms of each person's feet and up through our bodies. As this occurred, I received the following message: This is the energy from our Great Mother, Gaia. She sends this energy from her heart at the center of the Earth. This is the energy of creation, the energy of the formless as it takes shape. It is the energy of intention as it brings forth to manifest in the world of the physical. April 2, 2018: Crystal Bowl Reiki Meditation at Church of Spiritual Light, White Wolf It is the stealth and spirit of the white wolf as she silently walks upon the snow-covered earth. I see her large paws that silently create a path in this snowy silence. Her back paws step in the prints created by her front paws, minimizing her trail she leaves in the snow. She is solitary. She is at peace with her surroundings. This is her domain. She raises her head and in the air she catches the scent of prey. She runs in that direction, into a thick copse of pines. She rushes near the base of a tree and furiously digs—her powerful paws and claws tear up the turf in search of the vole that had sought refuge underground at the base of the pine. Her search is successful and she gobbles the vole, temporarily satisfying her hunger. She lives a solitary life, but one filled with introspection. She has learned to take care of herself, and she allows the life force of Earth to come through he...

March 5, 2018: Crystal Bowl Reiki Meditation, Circle of Life I had a difficult time trying to get settled into a comfortable position before the meditation began. I had a blanket to cover me, but it kept getting tangled. My pillow didn’t feel right. I realized that a frenetic, chaotic energy engulfed the room like debris flying in a hurricane. On one level, I thought that shouldn’t be—the lights were dimmed and soft background music was playing—but I could not deny it; the energy was palpable. Like myself, these energies were seeking a niche. In my mind’s eye, I saw a large black cat, a jaguar, begin to circle the room in a clockwise motion. It picked up speed until it became a blur of black smoke. As it continued to loop the room’s perimeter, it swept the chaotic energies into its path, giving them form. From chaos, pattern and symmetry was born. I heard that this represented the Circle of Life. Life begins from chaos until a pattern is established. Now there is unity. No...

Church of Spiritual Light, Crystal Bowl Meditation (February 5, 2018) Divine Threshold As I rested in my chair before the crystal bowls began, I saw a door open. As I stepped across this divine threshold, it felt as if I was stepping into a most divine, soft, angelic cloud of energy. A fine mist rose from the cloud, and even the air smelled sweet with the scent of flowers. I saw pink dogwood flowers float and swirl around like leaves in an Autumn breeze. Soft white clouds lifted me higher and higher until I felt my physical body disintegrate. I became nothing. I am the breath of life. I am prana. I am life-force energy. I began to match my vibrations to the frequencies of all that is. I am full potentiality. I am all possibilities and choices. I am.

January 26, 2018: Church of Spiritual Light, Realms of Light    As I sit down and listen to the music playing in the background, I am drawn to the expansiveness of the room. It appears much larger than it is. It is as if the ceiling does not stop until it reaches the cosmos. There is an interdimensional feel—open, large, expansive.    The room feels like a breath of fresh air. Love circulates the room as ascended masters come to let their presence known to those whose hearts they touch. They are always here but they come more easily with such open invitations as is found in this place (Church of Spiritual Light).    The room is clear, crystal clear like a diamond. I see a blue diamond encrusted doorway, it is a portal that leads from the higher dimensions to where we sit. This portal collects the images from beyond and guides them into this most sacred space. Meditation at Church of Spiritual Light 01-15-2018 Love is in the air Love is in the air! As the meditation began, I "saw" a red satin cover blanket all of the meditation participants. It came from above and settled over everyone like a blanket of new-fallen snow. I could see all the people breathing as this blanket stretched tightly over their bodies. From the center of the red satin blanket, I saw the blanket begin to rise. It reminded me of how a large circus tent would be raised. As it lifted, I received the message that the blanket was being enlivened with prana, life-force energy. The air flowed over the participants. All of a sudden, the satin blanket began to break away in heart-shaped pieces of different sizes. Those pieces began to flutter to the ceiling and past, reminding me of butterflies or maybe even fairies. It was a beautiful sight to behold.
