Church of Spiritual Light Crystal Bowl, Reiki Meditation: August 6, 2018 After arriving at the Church of Spiritual Light for their twice monthly crystal bowl/Reiki meditation, I went to use the restroom before it began. As I was washing my hands, I had a vision of a gigantic yellow sun. Against this large yellow ball in the sky, I saw a tiny silhouette of black bird, soaring. Although the bird was miniscule compared to the size of the sun, I knew it was a black crow. I rushed back to my the meditation circle so I could begin to document the experience that I knew was a precursor to the upcoming event. My perspective changed and soon the crow was huge, in fact, larger than a person. While standing just in front of this bright yellow sun, it began to flap its wings. Church of Spiritual Light: 07-16-18 I arrived earlier than usual to the meeting and spent a few minutes chatting with Rev. Bledsoe before the crystal bowl/Reiki meditation began. Maribel was sitting in front of the CD player, trying to set up the background music that would lead us into the crystal bowl and Reiki meditation. After a few minutes, I settled into my space, ready to relax, but the messengers had different ideas. Within a few seconds, the following arrived, apparently in response to the lack of background music. Dance to the music within, for within, my Love, is where the soul of the music resides. This messenger must have known that the CD player would not cooperate with us. For the first time since I’d been attending these marvelous meditations, there would be no external background music prior to the crystal bowls. Morning Meditation at Goddess I Am: 06-22-18 I arrived almost thirty minutes early for the morning meditation. As I entered Goddess I Am (Naples, FL) I was guided to go back to the meditation room and sit in silence. I slipped into the softly lit room and took a seat. Within moments, I was able to sense the energy of the room. Like small waves lapping at the beach, a mist or fog rolled in from all sides and converged in the center of the room. As these curls of energy reached the center, the lower half of the fog bank slipped down the center of the room like water down a drain while the upper half of the mist moved upward.  From a broader perspective, I saw how these separated waves of energy folded back upon itself, creating a toroidal (donut shaped) field of energy. Church of Spiritual Light Reiki/Crystal Bowl Meditation: 06-18-18 As I walked through the room to retrieve a blanket for the meditation, I overheard parts of a conversation where someone mentioned the word “wand.” A few hours before, my six-year-old granddaughter had been visiting me. She was wearing a Hermione costume from Harry Potter. She carried a wooden wand that her father had bought. (It was an ink pen, fashioned like Harry Potter’s wand.) As Lorelai rode up the elevator with me to my apartment in the condominium where I live, she was casting spells to levitate whatever she could see. I smiled as I watched her. Hearing the word “wand” must have served as an invitation, because I immediately began receiving information from a messenger: The wand is an extension of you. Opening Blessing for Holistic Fair at Church of Spiritual Light: 05-05-2018 Prior to the opening of the monthly Holistic Fair at Chur ch of   Spiritual   Light, the   practitioners   gathered together   as Reverend Bledsoe led a brief prayer and blessing for the event. As this small group of people held hands, with eyes closed, I felt energy moving from deep inside Mother Earth. It moved from   the bottoms of each person's feet and up through our bodies. As this occurred, I received the following message: This is the energy from our Great Mother, Gaia. She sends this energy from her heart at the center of the Earth. This is the energy of creation, the energy of the formless as it takes shape. It is the energy of intention as it brings forth to manifest in the world of the physical. March 16, 2018: Morning Meditation at Goddess I Am, Naples, FL, Star Seeds My vision in my mind's eye began a couple of hours before the meditation. I realized this was a "heads up" of what was to come. When I arrived at Goddess I Am, I took a seat and the vision continued before the meditation began. I saw divine sparks falling from the cosmos. These were tiny stars or seeds of light that fell into the waters of Earth. Some were crystal clear, others were pink. As they splashed into the oceans of Mother Earth, they created ripples across Gaia's surface. As each divine spark landed in the waters of emotion, more splashes were created. I then saw a slow-motion video of a rock or stone being dropped in a still body of water. As the stone plummeted beneath the water's surface, drops from the surface were hurled into the air.
