Church of Spiritual Light Crystal Bowl, Reiki Meditation: August 6, 2018 After arriving at the Church of Spiritual Light for their twice monthly crystal bowl/Reiki meditation, I went to use the restroom before it began. As I was washing my hands, I had a vision of a gigantic yellow sun. Against this large yellow ball in the sky, I saw a tiny silhouette of black bird, soaring. Although the bird was miniscule compared to the size of the sun, I knew it was a black crow. I rushed back to my the meditation circle so I could begin to document the experience that I knew was a precursor to the upcoming event. My perspective changed and soon the crow was huge, in fact, larger than a person. While standing just in front of this bright yellow sun, it began to flap its wings. Morning Walk Message: 06-16-18 I was on my morning walk when I heard people riding bicycles behind me. As they passed, I overheard their conversation. The man said, “I just got the new ones in.” The woman replied, “Just because they’re new, doesn’t mean they work.” This crumb of conversation became a prompt for the messengers, and I received the following download: It is all about energy vibration and vibrational match. In order for the optimum alignment to occur, the frequency, the vibrational patterns must match. When there is a mismatch, there becomes dis-ease, i.e., a lack of flow which may cause less than the desired development. March 5, 2018: Crystal Bowl Reiki Meditation, Circle of Life I had a difficult time trying to get settled into a comfortable position before the meditation began. I had a blanket to cover me, but it kept getting tangled. My pillow didn’t feel right. I realized that a frenetic, chaotic energy engulfed the room like debris flying in a hurricane. On one level, I thought that shouldn’t be—the lights were dimmed and soft background music was playing—but I could not deny it; the energy was palpable. Like myself, these energies were seeking a niche. In my mind’s eye, I saw a large black cat, a jaguar, begin to circle the room in a clockwise motion. It picked up speed until it became a blur of black smoke. As it continued to loop the room’s perimeter, it swept the chaotic energies into its path, giving them form. 02-08-2018: Vibration, White Water Rapids I had attended a Crystal Bowl meditation at Church of Spiritual Light on February 5th. There was a guest who was playing the bowls and they were quite different than the usual "singing" from the bowls. The energy was deep, loud, and almost painful to my ears. I jumped every time a bowl was "pinged" and I had to plug my ears because the vibrations were so strong they were painful. After the bowls ended, many participants spoke to how powerful they were and how they enjoyed them. I had begun to receive messages when the meditation began, but after less than a minute, all channels closed and I did not receive any other messages. Perhaps in response to this meditation, the following message came three days later. It is all a matter of vibration and the stream of vibration to which you are attuned. Meditation at Church of Spiritual Light 01-15-2018 Love is in the air Love is in the air! As the meditation began, I "saw" a red satin cover blanket all of the meditation participants. It came from above and settled over everyone like a blanket of new-fallen snow. I could see all the people breathing as this blanket stretched tightly over their bodies. From the center of the red satin blanket, I saw the blanket begin to rise. It reminded me of how a large circus tent would be raised. As it lifted, I received the message that the blanket was being enlivened with prana, life-force energy. The air flowed over the participants. All of a sudden, the satin blanket began to break away in heart-shaped pieces of different sizes. Those pieces began to flutter to the ceiling and past, reminding me of butterflies or maybe even fairies. It was a beautiful sight to behold. Energy:  I returned from a crystal bowl Reiki meditation at the Church of Spiritual Light in Ft. Myers last night. The energy in the room was filled with a divine presence that everyone could feel. Sometimes it's difficult to remember that we are our own power sources and we emit what we feel. As I go through my day today, I am going to try to be mindful of the importance of letting my light shine. If each of us could do this, we would help bring a better world to those around us.  Shine on!~Candie
