"Silence is not empty; it is the primordial sea from which all things flow."~The Messengers, 08-17-2026

Have you ever felt as if nothing was happening in your life, only to realize later that everything was quietly changing beneath the surface?

Silence is often misunderstood. We think stillness means nothing is moving, but just like seeds growing underground, some of our deepest transformations begin before we can see results.

In this short video, I share how hidden growth often happens in quiet moments—and how five minutes of intentional silence can help us hear the wisdom waiting beneath the noise. 💜

Silence is often misunderstood. I used to think silence meant nothing was happening. But some of the most important changes in our lives begin in moments when everything appears quiet.

Think about nature. Seeds grow underground long before we see the results. As the sprout breaches the soil, we see the manifestation of that seed as it springs into life. As my first channeled message said back in August 2013, if a plant is grounded and ascends to Father Sky, this alignment with source creates the conditions for it to produce a flower--a flow-er of energy. We, too, are flow-ers of energy.

In fact, when life feels slow or uncertain, you –like that seed germinating beneath the soil—just might be at your busiest. It is the unseen beneath the surface. Just because we do not see it, does not mean nothing is happening.

Let’s bring this to everyday life—a life that constantly pulls our attention in every direction. Notifications, chimes, pings, and endless information leave almost no room to hear our own thoughts. That's why even five minutes of intentional silence can feel surprisingly powerful.

When you sit quietly without picking up your phone to scroll or check notifications, you may notice thoughts you've been avoiding. At first, that might feel uncomfortable. But if you stay with it, those thoughts often become the beginning of clarity.

Silence is not empty. It is a space where creativity, intuition, and peace have room to grow and emerge—just like those seeds beneath the soil.

The next time you feel pressured to fill every moment with activity, try something different. Find a comfortable place, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and simply “be” for five minutes. Put a hand on your heart and notice what comes up without judging it.

You may discover that the answers you've been searching for were not missing at all. They were waiting for you to hear them…beneath the noise.

Embrace that hidden power of silence.
